Out of bounds down the entire right side will steer players to the left side of the fairway off the tee, but too far left will encounter trees and rough, potentially blocking out second shots and forcing a recovery shot. A long green sloping front to back, narrow at the front and with close bunkering on both sides and heavy rough on the RHS of the green will put a premium on accurate approaches to make birdie.
